A note from Mary: When working with patients in this field, I find it humbling that they have let me into their darkest moments and trust me to hold what they feared no one ever would understand. I have had the distinct pleasure to watch clients grow and realize their inner strength and resilience when before they only saw despair and pain. I have taken pieces and carry with me every client I have treated and grown from the work they allowed us to do. Besides therapy, I find joy in teaching others how to help reach out to those who might be struggling in this area but also work to fight the stigma and darkness surrounding this field. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
